I am the voice behind the phone and the writer behind the emails, and I take pride in being your first point of contact, ensuring you feel heard and cared for. 

With a background in allied health practice management and client support, I bring a caring, organised approach to my role, ensuring everything runs smoothly so our therapists can focus on providing the best possible care. 

I love working behind the scenes to coordinate appointments, manage client records, and communicate with our team, all with the aim of making your experience effortless and positive. Additionally, I am committed to ensuring that parents and caregivers receive timely updates and connections, so you feel informed and supported throughout your child's journey. 

My goal is to help children and their families feel comfortable, understood, and empowered, fostering an environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and confident in their path to wellbeing.
