HELLO, I’m Kelli Carza

I’m a certified Child-Centered and Humanistic Play Therapist, Counsellor and parenting coach working with children and families in Hervey Bay.

Raised in Hervey Bay, over the past 10 years I’ve worked as a play therapist, counsellor, allied health assistant and intake officer. I've always been passionate about the importance of play and creativity as part of a healthy childhood and my love for working with children has given me a wealth of diverse experience.

I specialise in emotional regulation, parenting obstacles, attachment repair, and neurodiversity. Helping parents navigate their children's world and strengthening family relationships through connection, creativity, curiosity, and play.

I truly care about my clients and provide a judgement-free space where you and your family’s needs are at the centre. I strive to create an environment where children and their parents/caregivers feel safe and respected so they can thrive and reach their goals.

I believe everyone has the potential for remarkable change. I am passionate about providing evidence-based interventions that improve lives for children and their families with measurable positive outcomes. 

I'm an associate member of PTPA (Play Therapy Practitioners Association), hold professional liability insurance and attend regular clinical supervision.
