At KLC Counselling & Play Therapy, we are passionate about supporting children, adolescents, young adults, adults and their families through life’s challenges. We specialise in providing engaging play therapy and counselling services for individuals from from birth through all stages of life tailored to meet their unique needs.
Whether dealing with trauma, domestic and family violence, anxiety, both general and severe, behavioural issues, mental health concerns, attachment difficulties, school refusal and neurodiversity conditions such as Autism, ADHD, and Global Developmental Delays (GDD), our warm, experienced team is here to help. We are committed to creating a safe, nurturing space where young people and their families feel supported, understood, and empowered to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and thrive in all aspects of life.
Utilising a range of proven, evidence-based approaches; including Child-Centred Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and more to ensure we meet each young person’s unique needs.
Our services are tailored to be engaging and developmentally appropriate, offering play therapy for young children, focused counselling sessions for teenagers, young adults and adults, as well as family-based sessions and practical parenting programs such as emotion coaching and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT). This comprehensive approach allows us to support children, adolescents, and their families in navigating challenges and fostering positive growth.
