Tuning in to Kids
This workshop is delivered online and runs for 6 weeks.
This program is designed to support parents/caregivers
of children aged 3-10 years to build emotional intelligence, manage difficult emotions, learn how to emotionally self-regulate, and prioritise self-care.
This is a small, closed group and participants will be screened for suitability.

LEGO®-BASED THERAPY - SOCIAL SKILLS GROUP
This program runs for 8 weeks during school term
This program is designed to promote and enhance social skills, communication collaboration, positive behaviour, problem solving, and socialisation with one‘s peers while having fun in a supportive and understanding environment.
LEGO® Based Therapy provides children with the tools they need to adapt how they communicate and interact with others in a positive way.
* Groups of 4 children. Participants will be screened to ensure cohesive age & group dynamics
Sessions run 1.5 hours weekly, with up to 4 children per group.
